Early Achievers' Learning Center

Who are we?

EALC has been offering progressive preschool education to Chinese-Filipino children for more than a decade. It is a dynamic organization headed by a team of Chinese-Filipino and Filipino educators. It has established its roots in 4 locations in Metro Manila; namely Quezon City, Manila , Makati, and Las Pinas to fulfill the needs of a larger Chinese Filipino community.

What Do We Teach?

The EALC English and Chinese Curricula is just for KIDS. Its progressive approach to education is thematic. Subject matter areas are integrated and organized around a special topic of the month. Integration of learning takes the form of multiple-goal activities like field trips (e.g. Trip to the zoo where concepts in Math (counting of animals in a cage), Social Studies (how to take care of different animals in a cage) and Language (making a list of animals seen in the trip) are addressed and learned simultaneously. Learning experiences are provided individually, in small and whole groups.

Who is the EALC Child?

-The EALC child goes through the different stages of development at his own pace, thinks by hands-on learning and exploration and has feelings that must be valued.
-The EALC child is a social being who is assertive yet is beginning to learn to share, cooperate, and be sensitive to his playmates' feelings and wants.

What is our goal for the Child?
We aim to develop a child's intellectual, socio-emotional and physical skills. We endeavor to develop a child who is a creative thinker, is disciplined , self confident , independent, cooperative and physicaly fit.
